She is the Founder of Cultural Business Consulting, Inc., where she works with leaders and organizations navigating complex cultural, organizational, and behavioral change.

Her background includes global change management with Accenture and leadership development and training with Texas Instruments, along with extensive international experience across Europe, Asia, and North America. Her clients have included organizations such as Boeing, Microsoft, SAP, Toyota, Cognizant, Disney, and ING.

Valerie brings a human-centered and cross-cultural perspective to Just Culture, focusing on the leadership and cultural conditions that enable people to speak up, learn from mistakes, build trust, and strengthen accountability without creating a culture of blame. She helps organizations recognize how national, organizational, professional, and individual cultural differences can influence communication, decision-making, psychological safety, and responses to risk and error.

An international speaker, executive coach, and coach trainer, Valerie is also the publisher of the Individual Cultural Blueprint Indicator™ (ICBI™) and oversees its ongoing management and development. The assessment helps individuals and teams better understand their cultural preferences and build greater Cultural EQ.

Wolfgang Jockusch is an international consultant, trainer and entrepreneur specialising in leadership, communication, intercultural collaboration and professional learning. As the founder and managing director of several education and consulting companies in Germany, the United Kingdom, Estonia and the United Arab Emirates, he has spent more than two decades helping organisations develop the communication, leadership and training capabilities of their professionals in increasingly international working environments.

His programmes combine practical methodologies from leadership development, presentation skills, organisational communication and adult learning with extensive experience gained from working across Europe, the Middle East, North America and Asia. Having lived and worked in several international environments, Wolfgang brings first-hand insight into the cultural factors that influence communication, decision-making, leadership and collaboration within multinational organisations. He currently leads an international development team spanning Europe and India, giving him practical experience in managing geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams.

Alongside his consulting career, Wolfgang has maintained a strong connection to aviation throughout his professional life. He gained operational experience in ground handling at one of Germany’s major international airports, worked within the hospitality industry and later developed hospitality training programmes, and is a former private pilot holding a PPL(A). For more than 30 years he has also served as a reserve officer in the German Air Force, where he currently holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. His military career has focused on leadership, training and education, intercultural communication in multinational environments, and ground defence operations within the air force.
